IITM is an exclusive training institution, established under the able guidance of eminent people in the Aviation industry. Our prime focus is to impart the right type of training in the specialized field of Aviation. We aim to develop students with a strong technology base and character, which would prove to be a contribution towards the Nation's human resources. The Aeronautical Society of India was established in 1948 under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 with the support and patronage of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, who also become the Society's first Patron-in-Chief. The Society was formally inaugurated by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru at the Puttanna Chetty Town Hall, Bangalore on 27th December, 1948. Courses : Aeronautical Engineering(A.M.Ae.S.I), Computer Technology, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical Engineering.
