Essar Ports Vizag Terminal Limited (EVTL) told media that it has handled the largest dry bulk carrier and registered the largest package at Vizag Port.

EVTL successfully moored the MV Star Eleni, a bulk carrier built in 2018, flying the flag of Liberia, loaded with DWT, 2,07,555 million tons, LOA, 299.88 m and BEAM, 50 m. It was the largest bulk carrier. ever treated by EVTL.

The terminal successfully loaded a record 1.65,000 tons (MT) of iron ore onto the MV Star Eleni vessel.
