Chief Minister of Gujarat Bhupendra Patel presided over the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the International Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology (iCreate) and the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) to harness India's technological strength.

dr. Rahul Gupta, IAS, Industry Commissioner, Government of Gujarat, and Dr. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Industry and Mines Department and Chairman, iCreate, were among the dignitaries in attendance.

CSIR and iCreate plan to establish a joint support system for promising tech startups by making combined resources available to entrepreneurs and innovators in India under the MoU. The partnership will also catalyze the marketability and scientific innovation of high-tech start-ups.
