For the orders of Vande Bharat trains, Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) and the Russian partner have reached an agreement. The cooperation agreements have been agreed by Russian organizations and Arm Kinet Railway Solutions.

In an interview with RVNL, Director of Operations at RVNL explained that the order for numerous Vande Bharat trains is for the modernization of its carriages. RVNL has a 25% stake in the joint venture, Metrowagonmash has a 70% stake and Locomotive Electronic Systems has a 5% stake.
