Supply chain SaaS startup O4S has upgraded its tech stack by developing capabilities to provide its customers with artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities to help them get the most from their data and provide prescriptive insights into their supply chain.

“O4S will evolve its fine-grained reporting architecture on top of this massive horde of SKU/Product data as it progresses through its lifecycle. The company plans to expand its product offering with a comprehensive warehouse management system, a two-way order management system that connects to ERP systems through an API ecosystem, and a trade promotion optimization feature, which will be supported by an integrated trade margin and payout system .

With new additions to the technology stack - Edge Computing and data analytics cloud on the platform, the company aims to fill the supply chain vacuum in industries, most notably FMCG, consumer electronics, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and consumer electronics. Some of its prominent clients include ITC, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Honeywell, AkzoNobel, and Mondelez.

The O4S SaaS platform enables visibility and traceability for every SKU/product manufactured and along the entire supply chain flow. In other words, from production facilities through distributors, retailers and finally to end users. The company leverages technically advanced edge computing and IoT capabilities to deliver unique and configurable product serialization that can be identified and recorded by a suite of apps running on top of this platform. O4S has gone through an upward growth trajectory. In the previous year, the company's revenue has tripled and the workforce has doubled. The company plans to add 200+ customers from its current base of 50+ customers by 2022.
