Reliability declines in Sept; Maersk still the best
 

According to the latest update from Sea-Intelligence, global planning reliability fell by -0.7 percentage point M/M in September 2022 to 45.5 percent.

“The average delay for LATE ship arrivals has been declining steadily since the beginning of the year. In September 2022, the average delay improved again, by another -0.10 days M/M to 5.81 days. This is the second consecutive month that the average delay rate has fallen below the six-day mark since April 2021."

Four airlines had a schedule reliability of 40-50 percent, while the rest had a schedule reliability of 30-40. Yang Ming recorded the schedule's lowest confidence at 35.1 percent.
