Industrial and logistics park developer Logiy Spaces has partnered with AA Holdings to spend USD 37 million on a new project in Narasapura, Karnataka (about Rs 3 billion).

Logiy Spaces is investing $37 million in the construction of a 1 million square meter industrial and logistics park.

The project is expected to be completed in September 2023.

One of the largest industrial areas in Karnataka, Narasapura is well connected to major cities and highways including Kolar, Malur, Hoskote, Bangalore, Chennai, Chittoor, and NH 4. It falls under the Kolar County Administration.
