The policy is being implemented in conjunction with the Prime Minister's ambitious national master plan, GatiShakti, which was launched to build strong infrastructure, fill logistical gaps and attract more investment in the country. It is also expected to draw attention to wider policy issues around warehousing and boost digitization.
