Mahindra Logistics (MLL) has unveiled 1 lakh sq ft warehouse in Nashik, designed with sustainable warehousing architecture, including multi-client capabilities, renewable energy, resource conservation and green coverage.

This state-of-the-art warehouse will be a key part of MLL's pan-Indian network of multi-user facilities that support customers in manufacturing and fulfillment operations. The facility supports e-commerce, consumer and manufacturing & technical industries.

The BTS (built-to-suit) facility has been designed in accordance with MLL's sustainability standards, including the use of recycled building materials, fluid drainage management, renewable energy and waste management requirements and state-of-the-art automation, it added.

The facility has on-site solar power generation capabilities to cover its entire power needs and is equipped for solar charging for freight vehicles and personal mobility.
