Delhi government approves two new flyovers at Rs 724.3 crore

Delhi government approves two new flyovers at Rs 724.3 crore

The Delhi government has approved a budget of Rs 724.3 crore for two new overpasses. The first viaduct will be built between Anand Vihar ISBT and the Apsara border in the east and the second will be built between Punjabi Bagh and Raja Garden in the west. Both viaducts will provide relief to commuters who are regularly grunted in the wake of a significant increase in private vehicles.

While the Raja Garden-Punjabi Bagh link links South Delhi, Gurgaon and other parts of NCR to North Delhi, the Apsara border stretches, due to its proximity to Noida and Ghaziabad and the presence of an ISBT and a train station in Anand Vihar, also sees heavy traffic load all day long.
