Adani Total Gas Ltd (ATGL) has entered the electric mobility market with the opening of its first Electric Vehicle Charging Station (EVCS) in Ahmedabad. The EVCS, which will be located at ATGL's CNG station in Maninagar, Ahmedabad, will provide EV owners with a fast turnaround time by leveraging the best fast charging technology and an easy-to-use digital platform.

“The launch of the EV business with the establishment of the first charging station in Ahmedabad is another milestone for Adani Total Gas to provide the larger consumer base in India with a choice of newer green fuel while stopping an emerging business opportunity tailored to our vision to provide sustainable fuel solutions in all major cities and towns in India." said Suresh P Manglani, CEO, Adani Total Gas.

The company plans to expand its network by establishing 1,500 EVCS nationwide, with an expansion strategy to move beyond 1,500 EVCS based on demand creation and momentum building in the country's EV ecosystem.
