Kuehne+Nagel has partnered with Magenta Mobility to electrify its fleet in India. Through this cooperation, Magenta Mobility will supply electric vehicles (EV) to support Kuehne+Nagel's road logistics operations across the country.

In line with Roadmap 2026 and Vision 2030, with the aim of becoming the main partner in the chain Sustainable sourcing. , the company strives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 33% by 2030 compared to the 2019 baseline. With a special focus on road logistics, Kuehne+Nagel aims to integrate 60% low-emission vehicles into its fleet by 2030.

Meanwhile, the Indian government has set a goal of pushing the nation towards developed nation status by 2047, with a particular focus on electric vehicles and the transition to a low-carbon economy. To stimulate widespread adoption of electric vehicles, the government is implementing measures including tax incentives, production-linked incentives and development of charging infrastructure. Kuehne+Nagel is actively contributing to this national commitment by electrifying its fleet in India, strengthening local businesses and promoting sustainable transportation solutions.
