Tata Motors has opened a new warehouse for commercial vehicle spare parts in Guwahati. Spread over 1 lakh square feet, this state-of-the-art facility is fully digital and houses spare parts for its entire line of commercial vehicles. This addition promises faster response times and better access to spare parts at Tata authorized service stations across the North East region.
With world-class infrastructure and stringent safety protocols, this facility is set to improve customer value. Proposed through improved digital warehouse operations. Tata Motors has partnered with Delhi Ferry, India's leading fully integrated logistics services provider, to leverage technology-based transportation and warehousing solutions. In addition, the facility features modern storage systems, such as gravity screw conveyors and vertical reciprocating conveyors, to meet various requirements. In addition, a specialized area has been integrated to manage body parts of medium and heavy vehicles to ensure smooth performance.
