The Delta Air Lines Board of Directors has announced the appointment of Maria Black and Willie C.W. Chiang as new members.

Black is President and CEO of Automatic Data Processing, a global technology leader. . A company that provides Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Chiang currently serves as President and CEO of Plains All American Pipeline and its general partner, its holding company, Plains GP Holdings.

PAA is a publicly traded master limited company that owns and operates midstream energy infrastructure and provides logistics services. Crude oil, NGL and natural gas services.

He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer At PAA and PAGP from January 2018 to October 2018 and Executive Vice President. Chiang joined PAA and PAGP in 2015 from Occidental Petroleum Corporation, where he served as Executive Vice President of Operations since 2012 Until 2015.
