National Association of Container Freight Stations Association organized to safeguard and promote Indian ICDs, CFS, AFS and warehouses

National Association of Container Freight Stations was founded in April, 1994 in the ‘Union Territory of Chandigarh with less than 10 members and has grown to over 360 Members.

National Association of Container Freight Stations Port Terminal acts as a transit point and CFSs and ICDs as extensions of port, provide storage facilities to Exporters / Importers. CFS and ICD facilitate Gateway Ports / Terminals to handle more containers with existing infrastructure.

National Association of Container Freight Stations involve all Members in the quest to find permanent solutions for challenges facing CFSs and ICDs in close co-ordination with Governmental, Statutory and other Authorities. To support its Members suitably and effectively in safeguarding interests of the CFSs & ICDs.
