Mumbai :

Foodlink Mumbai has announced the appointment of Dr. Sanjay Goyal as the new Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer, effective immediately.

Dr. Goyal has over 25 years of sourcing and supply chain experience, having worked in the hospitality, catering and FMCG sectors.

A highly respected leader in the industry, Dr Goyal is known for his expertise. In cost optimization, product development, and supplier relationship management.

Dr. Sanjay Goyal has a proven track record of building high-performance teams and implementing sustainable business practices. He currently holds several leadership positions including Co-Chairman of the National Tourism and Hospitality Council ASSOCHAM, Founder and Chairman of Pro Partners (a procurement consulting firm) and Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Lite Bite Foods (Dabur Group).

Previously, Dr. Goyal served as Vice President of SCM at Del Monte (Bharti Group), Assistant Vice President of Specialty Restaurants (Mainland China Group) and held a 13-year position at Oberoi Hotels. .

D. Goyal is also a founding member and Vice-Chairman of the Hospitality Purchasing Managers Forum (HPMF). He is currently the author of two books, “Progressive Procurement Practices” and “Supply Chain to Value Chain.”
