Uttara Tourism, Started in Nov 2009 by Mr. Raj Anand and Ex Indian Air Force Wing Commander Shri S.K Bhatia Shourya Chakra, awarded by Government of Indian, they have team members who are well certified and qualified in Helicopter Weight and Balance Performance as well as Helicopter Safety and ground handling operations. Specifically, Capt. Bhatia has more than 45 years of experience in Helicopter flying & Safety Management and under his guidance, our services have gained full pace over these 8+ years of service.
