Business Summary
Commander Premier Aircraft Corporation was formed by over 50 owners of Commander aircraft in the spring of 2005. CPAC was formed to submit a bid to buy the assets of defunct Commander Aircraft Corporation from CACs bankruptcy trustee and produce new Commander aircraft and support the worldwide Commander aircraft fleet. CPACs bid was successful and, CPAC closed the acquisition at the end of June 2005.
The acquisition did not include a lease of CACs former facility in Oklahoma City and no appropriate space could be found within commuting distance of the Oklahoma City work force. After an intense search, the Company chose Cape Girardeau Regional Airport for its new home. All production equipment and inventory was moved to our new facility in late 2005 and is now fully set up for operations.
