CIPL is part of Carzonrent – a diversified group with interests in Car Rental servicing the entire major corporate through Chauffeur Drive, Self Drive, Operating Lease and Fleet management services occupying market leadership position. The group operates a fleet of all almost 3500 cars from 13 cities and 30 operating units, servicing over 1.5 million customers annually.In May 2006 CIPL launched the Radio Cab service with the brand “Easycabs” from Chandigarh. On 1st Jan 2007 CIPL launched Radio Taxi services in the city of Delhi. In June 2007 CIPL company setup its operations at Domestic and International Airport Terminals at Delhi through a contract with DIAL. CIPL Now operates 400 cars in Delhi and Chandigarh all fitted with GPS/GPRS tracking mechanism and operating with world class taxi dispatch technology offering in car payment made for customer convenience.
